Privacy
ShipOrPay collects only what is needed to run listings, payments, review, support, security, and basic product analytics.
Data Collected
- Submitted product or feature details.
- Public URLs, logos or favicons, categories, dates, and commitment amounts.
- Name, email, profile details, and authentication data when accounts are enabled.
- Visitor sessions for online count and total visitors.
- Click counts when a row is opened.
Account Data
- Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth.
- Private proof files are not shown publicly.
- Profile data may include username, avatar, bio, website, social links, and timezone.
Payments
- Payment processing is handled by Razorpay.
- ShipOrPay stores payment IDs, refund IDs, status, amount, and audit metadata.
- Full payment instrument details are not stored by ShipOrPay.
- Payment metadata may be used for verification, reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention, and support.
Use Of Data
- Data is used to operate public listings, process payments, verify proof, send notifications, and prevent misuse.
- Aggregated stats may be shown publicly, such as visitor count, click count, and total platform fee revenue.
- Legal, safety, fraud, or compliance requests may require record review.
Sharing
- Public leaderboard rows are visible to all visitors.
- Private proof is visible only to the owner and authorized reviewers.
- Data may be processed by hosting, database, email, analytics, and payment providers.
- ShipOrPay does not sell personal data.
Security
- Sensitive keys are stored server-side and are not exposed to browsers.
- Database access uses Supabase Row Level Security where applicable.
- Private proof files use restricted access and signed access where needed.
Contact
- Use the contact page for removal, correction, or privacy requests.
- Production launch requires final privacy and legal review.
